1. Bookings
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% payment and confirmation by text or email. A payment is required to finalize the booking
2. Payments
Quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issuance.

- Payments are due within 7 days from the date of the quote or invoice or discussed with us in writing.
- The remaining balance must be settled 2 days prior to the event.
- Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice: No refund will be issued.
- Cancellation with less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours' notice: A 50% refund will be issued.
- Cancellation with more than 72 hours' notice: A full refund will be issued.
Quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issuance.

1. Security Deposit
For wine tours, a security deposit of $250 is required. This deposit will be refunded upon the completion of the trip, subject to Angel's Chauffeurs' discretion. Forms related to this tour will be provided either prior to or on the day of the tour for completion.
2. Refusal of Service
Angel's Chauffeurs reserves the right to refuse transportation or service to any individual who appears dangerous, disorderly, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We may also refuse to transport unsafe items. Customers who necessitate special cleaning or sanitization will incur reasonable charges.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited inside tourist vehicles in Australia.
- Customers are not permitted to carry open containers of food or drink, with the exception of water, within Angel's Chauffeurs' vehicles.
- No refunds or compensation will be provided for violations of this policy.
- Children under the age of 8 yrs old are charged at half price and must be accompanied by an adult.
- Safety is a priority. Accredited seating, such as booster seats or restraints, is highly recommended. The cost for booster seats or restraints is $30 each.
